3. Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom orders are made specifically for you. By placing a custom order, you confirm that all details provided (spelling, dimensions, colors, etc) are correct. We are not responsible for errors based on information you submit. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. Production timelines are estimates and may vary.
4. Ordering and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars are subject to change without notice. We re not obligated to honor pricing errors. Applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship within the United States only. If international shipping becomes available in the future, updated terms will be posted on this page. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon handoff to the carrier. If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
