Ready-Made Items
We accept returns on non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Custom and Personalized Items
Because custom and made-to-order pieces are created specifically for you, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
