Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only. For international shipping rates, please email info@lonewolvhome.com
Processing Times
Processing time is the time it takes to prepare your order before it ships. Please note this is separate from shipping transit time.

In-stock items: Ships within 2-5 business days of your order

Custom wall planters: 3 week production time, then ships

Custom mirrors: 30-day production time, then ships
Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
Shipping Transit Times
Once your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The exact rate will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Please note: Custom mirrors and large wall planters may require additional shipping charges due to size, weight, and the need for protective packaging. Any additional costs will be communicated before your order is confirmed.
Combined Orders
If your order contains both in-stock and custom items, everything will ship together once your custom piece is ready. If you would prefer your in-stock items to ship sooner, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate a split shipment.
Carrier Delays
Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by weather, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances outside our control. If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, we will do our best to accommodate a split shipment.
Damaged in Transit
We take great care packaging every order, especially fragile items like mirrors and planters. If your item arrives damaged, please photograph both the item and the original packaging within 48 hours of delivery and contact us at info@lonewolvhome.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and any safe drop locations. If it still cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Holiday & Peak Season Notice
During major holidays and peak shopping seasons, processing and transit times may be longer than usual. We recommend ordering custom items well in advance if they are intended as gifts. Seasonal order cutoff dates will be posted on our website when applicable.
